Film is hand delivered to the lab every Tuesday and usually uploaded to customers on Friday afternoon.

Terms and conditions

The standard price for processing includes chemical processing, digital scan and delivery via an emailed download link. Photo prints are not included but can be ordered when the film is handed in.

  • Discounted 6×4 inch photo prints can be ordered when your film is handed in for processing – additional charges apply.
  • In the case of blank rolls, the photo print charge (if paid) will be refunded.
  • Film processing is nonrefundable under any circumstances. Blank rolls are subject to the normal charge and not refundable.
  • Half frame processing and prints are subject to additional charges.
  • APX, APS, BW, 110 and 120 film is subject to additional processing charges.
  • Damaged film may be subject to additional charges – we will advise once the lab has assessed the film.

35mm negatives

If you want your film negatives returned to you, please let us know – negatives will be ready for pick up the week after your film is uploaded. Negatives are retained in store for 3 months after the processing date, thereafter they will be discarded.

If you have 35mm negative film strips these can be scanned in store, contact us for more information on this service.

SPC Smart Picture Creation

Photos can also be printed at a later date either instore or via our Smart Picture Creation App.

Film can be handed in at our Botany store 7 days a week, or sent via courier to our store address.

Film sent via courier – we will send an invoice for payment online prior to sending to the lab. Please include all your details with the film. Upon receipt of payment we will proceed with the order.
